Babar Azam will lead Zalmi in PSL 8
Karachi Kings: The world’s class batsman and captain of all formats Babar Azam will lead the Karachi Kings in the Pakistan Super League Season 8 (PSL 8) which will be started from 9 February 2023 to 19 March 2023.
The chairman of Peshawar Zalmi has said that Babar Azam is currently the best and world-class batsman in the world for all three formats. Peshawar Zalmi will perform brilliantly under the captaincy of Babar Azam.
Babar Azam said that it would be an honor to lead Peshawar Zalmi – one of the most successful franchises of the Pakistan Super League (PSL).
Babar Azam replaced Wahab Riaz as Peshawar Zalmi Skipper. Wahab also did a very good job as a captain in previous PSL seasons. Peshawar Zalmi management thanked Wahab Riaz and hoped that he would continue to give match performances in the upcoming PSL 8 2023.
